Shipping and Delivery
Orders placed through the Rolljunkie website will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible, usually the same or next business day from the date of purchase.
Orders shipped in the United States will be shipped via USPS or UPS. Tracking numbers will be provided once the order ships.
International shipping prices do not include duty tax or custom fees which are the responsibility of the buyer.

At Rolljunkie, customer satisfaction is a top priority. We offer hassle-free returns to all of our customers on non-custom, unused products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, send it back to us within 30 days and we will promptly issue a refund.
Any unused items purchased between October 15, 2023 and January 1, 2024 can be returned until January 31, 2024. Purchases made before October 15, 2023 or after January 1, 2023 will be subject to our normal 30 day return policy.
All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. We do not accept items after they have been used.
Custom order products can only be returned in the case of a defective product. We will always work with you to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order and that your custom product is made exactly to your specifications.
1. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and request a return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions.
2. Send back your return item as per the return shipping instructions.
3. Upon receiving the item(s), Rolljunkie will process your return and notify you via e-mail.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, at Rolljunkie's discretion, Rolljunkie may opt to provide a pre-paid return label for returns/exchanges. This is typically done for the return of defective products or when there are errors in filling the order
When shipping orders back to us without a pre-paid return label, we strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service with insurance. It is the responsibility of the shipper to make sure that the package arrives to its destination.
You can expect a full refund to your credit card 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement.
We are not able to accommodate exchanges. You may return your item(s) for a full refund and place a new order. This return must take place within our normal 30-day return window. Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive your return. Pricing applies to orders at the time of purchase and cannot be carried over from one order to another.
Tracking numbers for orders placed online will be provided when the order is shipped. Order status and details may also be viewed through our online store.
