Shipping and Delivery
Orders placed through the Rolljunkie website will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible, usually the same or next business day from the date of purchase.
Orders shipped in the United States will be shipped via USPS or UPS. Tracking numbers will be provided once the order ships.
International shipping prices do not include duty tax or custom fees which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns and Exchanges
At Rolljunkie, customer satisfaction is a top priority. We offer hassle-free returns to all of our customers on non-custom products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, send it back to us within 30 days and we will promptly exchange your item or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.
Custom order products can only be returned in the case of a defective product. We will always work with you to make sure you are completely satisfied and your custom product is exactly to your specifications.
All returns and/or exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).
1. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and request a return or exchange. We will provide you with an RMA number and shipping instructions.
2. Send back your return item and receipt clearly labeled with your RMA number.
3. Upon receiving the item(s), Rolljunkie will process your return/exchange and notify you via e-mail.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred when filling the order.
When shipping orders back to us, we strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service with insurance. It is the responsibility of the shipper to make sure that the package arrives to its destination.
Tracking numbers for orders placed online will be provided when the order is shipped. Order status and details may also be viewed through our online store.
