Return Policy
At Rolljunkie, customer satisfaction is a top priority. We offer hassle-free returns to all of our customers on non-custom, unused products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, send it back to us within 30 days and we will promptly issue a refund.
All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. We do not accept items after they have been used.
Custom order products can only be returned in the case of a defective product. We will always work with you to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order and that your custom product is made exactly to your specifications.
Any unused items purchased between November 1, 2025 and January 1, 2026 can be returned until January 31, 2026. Purchases made before November 1, 2025 or after January 1, 2026 will be subject to our normal 30 day return policy.
Return process
1. Please contact info@rolljunkie.com and request a return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions.
2. Send back your return item as per the return shipping instructions.
3. Upon receiving the item(s), Rolljunkie will process your return and notify you via e-mail.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, at Rolljunkie's discretion, Rolljunkie may opt to provide a pre-paid return label for returns/exchanges. This is typically done for the return of defective products or when there are errors in filling the order.
When shipping orders back to us without a pre-paid return label, we strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service with insurance. It is the responsibility of the shipper to make sure that the package arrives to its destination.
You can expect a full refund to your credit card 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement.
Exchange Policy
We are not able to accommodate exchanges. You may return your item(s) for a full refund and place a new order. This return must take place within our normal 30-day return window. Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive your return. Pricing applies to orders at the time of purchase and cannot be carried over from one order to another.
